Investment Criteria

We use the following criteria to identify our ideal medical/dental practice investments. Many of these are non-negotiables:

1. 1. Multiple doctors per location
   2. 7 figures of revenue per mature location
   3. Profitable platform overall
   4. High integrity, class act professionals who are high horse power and able to scale
   5. Typically multiple locations as well, unless the one location is very unique and profitable
